How To Use Our Quick Lane
A step-by-step guide to visiting our Grande Prairie Quick Lane at Trader Ridge, from where to enter to picking up your vehicle after service.
The Quick Lane location in Grande Prairie at Trader Ridge invites customers to learn about their service process. The facility, which opened in May, operates uniquely by sharing a breezeway with Windsor Ford’s service team, allowing patrons to access services “rain/snow/or sunshine” without stepping outside.
Visiting the Quick Lane: Step-by-Step
The location is situated at 10001 139 Ave North, Grande Prairie. Customers should identify the three service bays on the northeast side of the building and enter through door #3 on the far right. An automatic door opens upon approach.
Once inside, a Quick Lane Service Advisor directs vehicles to an available counter. Staff members collect customer information and vehicle details, then complete necessary paperwork. Customers may wait in the Quick Lane waiting area or request a complimentary Guest Shuttle to their preferred location.
Upon service completion, an advisor notifies the customer via waiting area notification or by phone/text. Customers then retrieve their vehicle keys, process payment, and depart.
The facility offers various services including oil changes, tire sales, brake service, wheel alignment, battery replacement, and windshield repair. For additional assistance or clarification, customers are encouraged to visit in person.
